Lindsey & Johnson Couples Session at Kitty Islet in Victoria BC

When Lindsey and Johnson came to Victoria from Edmonton for a visit, I was excited to spend an evening with them at Kitty Islet. We've been friends for years, and over that time I've had the chance to photograph so many milestones for them. Getting to catch up while photographing this Victoria couples session was an easy yes.
It feels a bit surreal looking back at everything we've documented together. A couples session on "Pi Day" (March 14th) where they made a delicious pie in their apartment, their engagement session at their favourite pretzel and donut spot, and their wedding during COVID times. To now be photographing another big moment in their lives 6 years later honestly means a lot.
We wandered the shoreline at Kitty Islet, let the kids explore, and captured a mix of candid moments along the way. It was relaxed, fun, and full of genuine moments, just like all the sessions we've shared over the years.
Before you scroll through the gallery, a quick note. Lindsey and Johnson have chosen to keep their children's identities private online, so I've only shared photos where they aren't identifiable. I completely respect that decision and was happy to share this session in a way that protects their privacy.
I hope you enjoy a few of my favourite moments from this Victoria couples session at Kitty Islet. If you're looking for a Victoria couples photographer for your engagement, anniversary, or just because, I'd love to hear from you!
