Ree & Jared Wedding Day Couples Session at Cattle Point in Victoria BC

A few months after photographing Ree and Jared’s engagement session at Anderson Hill Park with their adorable daughter (which you can view here), I was so excited to see them again for their wedding day couples session in Victoria, BC.

Their wedding day was completely their own. They chose to celebrate with a private backyard ceremony surrounded by their closest friends and family, and I started the morning documenting all of the excitement and quiet moments leading up to it.

Before heading out, we captured a few portraits at their home, including their first look and some photos on their garden bench swing. Ree was such a beautiful bride, and it was so special to photograph these meaningful moments in a place that is part of their everyday lives.

We then made our way to Cattle Point for the majority of their wedding day couples portraits. With the ocean views and beautiful West Coast scenery, it was the perfect backdrop for their portraits, along with a few family photos with their daughter before focusing on just the two of them.

What I loved most about Ree and Jared’s day was how true it was to who they are. They celebrated with the people they love most, created memories together, and then went on to run a marathon afterward! I’m so grateful I got to document this special chapter of their story and capture their backyard wedding and Cattle Point wedding portraits in Victoria, BC.
